For 9 episodes, you've heard about what we did. Today, you finally get to know who Kaiser really is.
Kaiser grew up in Las Vegas back when the whole town had only 250,000 people — a place where you could cruise Fremont Street for hours because you could drive on  Fremont Street, and where casinos still handed out a free meal if you'd had a rough night at the tables.


Before any of the cheating started, Kaiser was a bar magician — the kind who could put an elephant on the bar and nobody would notice until he told them it was there. That skill, and the misdirection behind it, became the foundation for everything that was to come and it proved invaluable.


We get into how we actually met, how the nickname "Kaiser" came to be (there may be a little Usual Suspects influence involved), and what it genuinely meant to him to be trusted with everything on the line for over 40 years.


We also talk about the night it almost caught up with him — a sharp casino manager who had just enough old school smarts to fire him, but never quite enough to do anything more.
This one's more personal than anything episode we've done on the show so far.
