Flash Basics
Watch Episode 2 FirstThe Flash is a move where the dealer briefly exposes the top card of the deck to his agent — giving the agent advance knowledge of what card is coming before a single playing decision is made. In Episode 2 we show you the move without revealing what you're looking for. Watch closely. Most people miss it entirely.
Insider Info: The Flash was effective because it mimicked ordinary player behavior. The agent appeared to be looking at his two cards, but was actually seeing the Flash — his first hit card. As the dealer gathered the completed hands, he exposed the top card of the deck while the agent was either placing a bet or withdrawing chips from the betting area — and again seeing the Flash. The agent's line of sight remained consistent with expected player behavior and did not draw scrutiny.
The Flash works because it happens in under a second, in plain sight, while the pit boss is standing just feet away. The best moves don't look like moves at all.

100% knowledge of the next card before any playing decision is made. That is not an advantage — that is a certainty. And it happened in casinos across Las Vegas for years.
Stacking the Deck
Watch Episode 4 FirstThe essence of stacking the deck is pattern recognition. A skilled dealer almost instantly recognizes if the cards lay on the blackjack table in the correct order so his agent receives a winning hand. This is actually a very simple formula, that is shown in the image below. The dealer picks up the cards without changing their order, and the cards remain in the same order during the shuffle.
Stacking a 15 instead of a blackjack was more deceptive — because when I busted as the dealer, nobody suspected a thing. A player winning with a blackjack looks like a pattern. A player winning with a 15 looks like luck.
